The number of people who go it alone in court is on the rise in Alberta and this week on the Homestretch, we've been exploring the issues surrounding self-representation in court. Judge Sean Dunnigan, a Judge in the Criminal Division of the Provincial Court of Alberta, talks about how this can affect proceedings in the courtroom.
