Eleanor Wachtel talks to the master of American documentary film-making, Frederick Wiseman. His new movie, released this week in New York and making its way across the U.S. this spring, is called 'Crazy Horse' and it takes viewers behind the scenes at a famous cabaret night-club in Paris.
