San Francisco proposed public nudity ban

Mr. Mills is not happy with Mr. Weiner Rusty Mills and a group of fellow San Fran nudists are so upset with Scott Wiener's proposal of a by-law that would ban nudity in San Francisco, that they have filed their own federal law suit against the city of San Francisco, to fight the ban. We reached Rusty Mills at home in San Francisco.
