Irish Drunk Driving

Pubs all over Ireland are abuzz tonight. In a surprising turn of events on Monday, councillors passed a motion to allow driver to get behind the wheel after they've been drinking in one rural county -- county Kerry. Terry O'Brien is the Mayor of Country Kerry. He voted against the motion.
