And the Winner is October 4, 2011 Oct 4, 2011 | 55:28"Malcolm", the award-winning documentary from C'est la vie. It was part of the "Arrivals" series that told stories about the people waiting at the Trudeau Airport in Montreal.
Malcolm was born in Haiti and he arrived in Montreal in November of 2009. His adoptive parents Sonya and Sacha had to wait three and a half years before they could bring him home. It was an extremely difficult wait. But, as it turns out, they were fortunate. They were able to get their boy out just before the devastating earthquake in Haiti.
