Toews blames Opposition on Porter

In question period Thursday, Public Safety Minister Vic Toews blamed the opposition (through the questioner, interim Liberal leader Bob Rae) for 'failing in his responsibilities' to flag security concerns about former SIRC head Arthur Porter.
