Ex-SNC-Lavalin CEO sought by police

Arthur Porter is being sought on fraud and abuse of trust charges involving the construction of Montreal's superhospital complex. Porter has served on Canada's Security and Intelligence Review Committee and headed the McGill University Health Centre.
