Call for inquiry into hit-man case

Archie Kaiser, a law professor at Dalhousie University is calling for an inquiry into the case of Nicole Doucet Ryan, who tried to hire a hit man to kill the husband she said was abusing her. Nova Scotia's justice minister will respond today.
