Do Conflict of Interest Rules Go Far Enough?

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has been kicked out of office after a judge ruled he violated conflict of interest rules. It's a decision the Mayor of Sarnia has been following closely. We spoke to Mayor Mike Bradley, who says conflict of interest rules don't go far enough.
