Employment Insurance Protest - Magdalen Islands

Four thousand people rallied outside the Service Canada office in Cap aux Meules. That's ONE THIRD of the island's population. They gathered to protest changes to the EI rules. Joel Arseneau is one of two mayors on the Magdalen Islands. He says the protest will continue.
