The new regulations place greater responsibility on doctors to prescribe medical marijuana, with Health Canada take a lesser role. Kat Murphy from Charlottetown has been using medical marijuana for a few years. She has Crohn's disease and a number of other ailments. Island Morning's Julia Cook spoke with Kat Murphy about her experiences with medical marijuana...and what she thinks of these proposed changes that are scheduled to come into effect next year.
