    What faith do you put in vitamins and supplements

    So in just the past week or so, we've been told Vitamin D isn't all it's cracked up to be. That Omega 3 supplements have questionable benefits. And that the overall value of vitamins remains unclear. To try and sort through all of it, we're joined by Rosie Schwartz. Dietician, author and journalist.
