Todd Russell - NunatuKavut Community Council
Two environmental groups and the NunatuKavut president are in federal court this week trying to halt the Muskrat Falls project. Members of Grand Riverkeeper and the Sierra Club are with Todd Russell in Ottawa saying the project's environmental assessment is unlawful and must go back to the review panel for completion. The groups are seeking a court order to block Ottawa from issuing an permits or financial guarantees to Nalcor energy. To learn more, we have President of NunatuKavut Todd Russell on the line from Ottawa.
