He was the paramedic who died Saturday morning in an airplane accident, along with pilot Klaus Sonnenberg. They were coming home, after transporting a patient to the Saint John Regional hospital. Just before the funeral began, William Mallock's son, Douglas, took a few minutes to speak to the CBC's Shane Fowler. And here is that conversation:
