Marc Ranger speaks for the city's blue collar union. And all these allegations of corruption with the city of Montreal we talk about the role ordinary citizens have in creating change. The city is also set to choose a new mayor next week. There are reports that suggest some Union Montreal members feel executive Committee chairman Michael Applebaum's ability to speak French is not strong enough for him to be mayor.
