Feature interview with Municipal Affairs Minister Sylvain Gaudreault

Quebec's new minister for municipal affairs has been busy recently. Three Quebec mayors have resigned in the past four weeks. Sylvain Gaudreault is also the minister of transport and he spoke to Daybreak's Mike Finnerty this morning.
