Lions Eye Bank should help import corneas for transplant, says surgeon

Lions Eye Bank and Lions Foundation of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario could use some of its funds to import more corneas from the U.S. and help more Manitobans get life-changing cornea transplants, according to a surgeon.
