Scott Vaughan on his time as Canada's environment watchdog

Canada's Commissioner of Environment and Sustainable Development leaves his job at the end of the month. As he prepares to leave the job he's held for five years, Scott Vaughan says Canadians still have some critical environmental issues to deal with.
