For years, CIA agent Tony Mendez's exploits extracting key figures from hot zones remained classified information. Now, Ben Affleck's new film Argo, debuting at TIFF, will shine Hollywood's spotlight on the retired spy behind the so-called Canadian Caper. Nick Purdon reports.
