Shooting hoops helped him get through high school

During the 1990s basketball was the second most popular sport in Eeyou Istchee. Jimmy Coon Come from Mistissini, now in his 30s, says playing on a school team helped him finish high school and make friends along the way. In this interview with Joshua Loon, Coon Come says he wishes more Cree schools had similar programs today.
