Bill Marra on Transportation Barriers

Yesterday, we talked about the reality that many people in Windsor can't get jobs because they can't afford transportation. Transit Windsor is not the answer, at least not as it exists today. We spoke to the chair of the Transit Windsor, Bill Marra.
