Building a Bridge

Trail's End live on location at the opening ceremonies for the Deh Cho Bridge. The one kilometre long bridge spans the Mackenzie River crossing near Fort Providence. It was a decade in the making, and cost $202 million. In this interview, two men from Ruskin Construction explain what it was like to overcome freezing temperatures, bugs and heights while working on the Deh Cho Bridge.
