Closing King street to cars will be a 'magnet' for Kitchener pedestrians

A central stretch of Kitchener's King Street will be closed for 11 days, in hopes of encouraging pedestrian culture in the city. City planner Cory Bluhm explains why he thinks this will work here and why it hasn't in other cities.
