Waterloo insurer explains if reduced car insurance fraud will save you money

Ontario's Liberal government says you will soon be paying less for your car insurance. Yesterday the government announced new proposals to crack down on insurance fraud, but Michael Brattman of Erb and Erb isn't so sure. He explains why.
