Transportation minister promises better transit solutions for Kitchener-Waterloo

Provincial transportation minister Glen Murray assures that better transit options between Waterloo Region and Toronto are a priority, but how it will be paid for is not yet clear, and the federal government will have to ante up for it to happen.
