Coping with the Holiday Stress
It's the time of year when people feel stressed. Christmas presents to buy and wrap, things to cook, cards to send, trees and homes to decorate, concerts to attend, parties to throw - it can definitely be too much if you let it. Guest host Dan Kerslake checks in with three people who bring unique perspectives and tips for dealing with stress. Prof. Thomas Hadjiftavropoulous is from the University of Regina's psychology department. Pat Ash is the general manager of health and fitness with the YMCA in downtown Regina. Brenna Donnelly is a yoga instructor.
