Should Canada's athletes strive for medals or personal bests?

Canada had its best Olympic showing at the 2010 Games. A lot of people credit the Own the Podium program with that success. Calgary entrepreneur Brett Wilson says the program puts too much emphasis on medal counts, at the expense of broader achievement.
