Mayor Don Atchison On Prayers At Civic Functions

To pray or not to pray at city functions, council is grappling with the issue. Mayor Don Atchison thinks there should be prayers at civic functions. He joined Saskatoon Morning host Leisha Grebinski by phone for his perspective.
