Unions win one more step in effort to stop temporary foreign workers
Chinese miners won't be working just yet in Tumbler Ridge. The temporary workers have been hired to staff the proposed underground Murray River mine. But local unions say Canadians should be working those jobs, so they took the matter to court. Lawyer Charles Gordon represents the unions, and he joined Rebecca, fresh from court, with an update.
