STM vice-chair on government announcement to extend metro blue line

Marvin Rotrand is the Vice-Chair of the STM and the city councillor for Snowdon. Earlier today he spoke to Radio Noon Friday host Shawn Apel about the PQ government's announcement it will extend the blue line on the Montreal metro.
