Winnipeg Paw Tipsters to shut down?

Almost exactly one year ago, Winnipegger Yvonne Russell started Paw Tipsters in partnership with Manitoba Crimestoppers. But now she says she may shut it down. The reason is lack of donations. Yvonne Russell spoke to Radio Noon guest host Sarah Penton.
