Trooper's Legacy/Sally Hull

They named him Trooper. A dog shot in the face during a dog cull on a Northern Manitoba first nation. Trooper was brought to Winnipeg where people rallied to save him, but he died on Saturday. Now Sally Hull, of Hull's Haven Border Collie Rescue is asking
