Minister Lemieux on Amalgamation

Many small Manitoba municipalities do not want to amalgamate with their neighbours as mandated by the province. RM's and towns with fewer than 1000 people have until 2014 to do so. But we've been hearing from many of them who say they don't want this forced on them, and that the deadline is too soon. Ron Lemieux is the Minister of Local government.
