Port Mann Bridge Not Sufficiently De-Iced

During this morning's commute on the Port Mann bridge, as many as 40 vehicles were involved in a series of fender-benders and crashes because of improper de-icing. Max Logan speaks for the Transportation Investment Corporation, the crown corporation that oversaw construction of the bridge
