Defective rotor blade to blame for Kapuskasing helicopter crash

The Transportation Safety Board has completed its investigation into a deadly helicopter crash in Kapuskasing in 2011. A defective rotor blade is to blame. We got more details from Don Enns, the Ontario Manager for the Transportation Safety Board.
