Call for a national microfinance plan for First Nations entrepreneurs

The Congress of Aboriginal Peoples is calling for a new microfinance plan to help fight First Nation unemployment. Waubetek is an organization in Sudbury that already provides small loans to First Nation entrepreneurs. We spoke to its executive director.
