Greater Sudbury Police asking for bigger budget

Greater Sudbury Police are hoping for a 2.6% increase in the 2014 budget. The mayor suggested the police could find new revenue streams, possibly by issuing more speeding tickets. The CBC's Chris Berube spoke to both the mayor and the police chief.
