Greater Sudbury city councillors and the tax dollars they spend

Greater Sudbury city councillors will debate the tens of thousands of tax dollars they personally get to spend. They'll be looking at two proposed changes to the councillor office expenses and the contentious ward funds. The CBC's Erik White told us more.
