Elliot Lake's CAO testifies at public inquiry

Elliot Lake's current top bureaucrat Rob DeBortoli testified at the public inquiry into the collapse of the Algo Centre Mall. He indicated the mall would have been closed to remedy the structural issues had he known how serious a problem it was.
