Elliot Lake public enquiry

There was no testimony on day one of the public enquiry into the collapse of the Algo Centre Mall in Elliot Lake. Lawyers who have standing in the inquiry gave opening remarks. We have audio from Douglas Elliott, the lawyer representing community groups at the public inquiry.
