Hemochromatosis Awareness - Bob Rogers

It's the most common genetic disorder in Canada and many may not know they have it - Hemochromatosis. The Society is raising awareness across the country. Executive director of the Canadian Hemochromatosis Society, Bob Rogers, was in the studio.

It's a cruel disease affecting a number of families on PEI. Stephen is very hopeful about research - so I asked him to put me in touch with a researcher. Dr. Ray Truant leads a lab at Mcmaster University in Hamilton Ontario.
