Commissioner of the Environment, and MPs respond

Stephanie asks the federal Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development about three issues he raises in a report this week, involving fracking, subsidies to Big Oil, and who pays in the event of a big oil spill off our coast. Then she explores the issues further with three members of Parliament, Scott Armstrong, Megan Leslie, and Scott Brison.
