CBRM Mayor Cecil Clarke - New Provincial Goverment

As Stephen McNeil considers the make up of his cabinet municipal governments are waiting for their chance to bend the ear of the new Premier. The Mayor of the CBRM Cecil Clarke says he is looking forward to working with a new Liberal Government.
