Plans for Animal Shelter in Nain

Tammy Smith wants to help animals in Nain. But there isn't a shelter there. Not yet. Now that Tammy has joined forces with the SPCA, she hopes to have a new shelter built in 2013. Tammy spoke with reporter Jenny McCarthy about the new project.
