Abigail Blackmore - Anti Bullying "Speak-Off" Winner

Abigail Blackmore didn't know to expect at a speak-off for cadets in St. John's over the weekend. But the grade 7 student from Happy Valley-Goose Bay spoke from the heart about a topic that's touched her personally. Abigail talked about being bullied at school. Her speech landed her in the top ranks at the competition. This morning, army cadet Abigail Blackmore is in our studio with Tony Dawson to tell us about it.
