Accessible Taxi Service in Charlottetown

A group which represents people with spinal cord injuries in PEI says there needs to be an accessible taxi service in Charlottetown. Paul Cudmore, Executive Director of Spinal Cord Injury PEI, says the capital city needs accessible taxis.
