Russell Cole's $9000 electric car

Last week, we told you about a new study that says Prince Edward Islanders like the idea of electric cars...but aren't quite ready to make the investment. Four months ago, 10 charging stations for electric cars were set up outside PEI hotels, restaurants and tourist spots. But so far, very few cars are plugging in. That story prompted an email from Russell Cole. Mitch Cormier headed to Kensington to find out about his enthusiasm for electric cars.
