Blood donations helped keep her alive. And now, she's hoping to give back to help others. Kelly has started her own blood donation drive through Canadian Blood Services. Earlier this week, she sent an email to all her friends and family asking them to donate in her name. She spoke with the CBC's Maggie Brown.

It set out strict restrictions for land ownership on Prince Edward Island. The Commissioner will host a series of public meetings across the province.
