Split Results With Water Meter Pilot

Residential meters could be part of the plan for Saint John's new water system. At least one councillor is worried meters will make it more expensive for homeowners. Anne McShane had a meter installed at her home as part of a city pilot project. Marilyn Bogle has had meters installed in apartment buildings she owns.
