Up until today, South African track star Oscar Pistorius was best known for being the first amputee athlete to break into the Olympics. But now, he's up on murder charges. Here and Now heard from Xavier Gonzalez, CEO of the Internation Paralympics Committee about the news, and his why he hopes for a Paralympic breakthrough during the 2015 Parapan Am Games.
